First aid course

A course for everyone

Do you know how to behave in a life and health emergency? What to do if you witness a traffic accident? How to properly perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation or assist in choking? Can you use an AED defibrillator?

Bet on safety!

Who is this course addressed to?

The course is intended for anyone who wants to acquire basic knowledge of first aid.

We conduct courses mainly for organized groups, companies and institutions.

Why is it so important?

The obligation to provide first aid stems directly from the provisions of the Criminal Code (Article 162 §1) and the Law on State Emergency Medical Services (Article 4), according to which every person has a duty to help and may not fail or refuse to do so to a person in danger of life or health. And while this provision is not absolute – assistance should be given to the best of one’s ability and knowledge, and without putting oneself or others at risk of loss of life or grievous bodily harm – we are sure that in the event of a life and health-threatening situation, each of us would like to be able to provide the best possible assistance to those in need. And also, if necessary, to receive such help….
Therefore, let’s jointly contribute to the creation of an informed and trained society – we invite you to a course where we will be happy to share our knowledge, skills and experiences.

What will you learn?

In the course we cover a wide range of first aid topics, including: cardiopulmonary resuscitation in accordance with the latest ERC 2021 guidelines, management of syncope, choking, trauma and other life and health emergencies.

Current statistics in Poland are alarming – the survival rate of people after cardiac arrest is only 6%. Meanwhile, in Western European countries the average is 50%!

Therefore, we see a great need to share our knowledge, skills and experience, and we are committed to constantly raising the profile of first aid knowledge in everyday life.

Once again, we cordially invite you to a course where we are happy to share our knowledge, skills and experiences.

Currently, inflation in Poland is very high. If we increase the cost of conducting training then we will have to increase the price to maintain the quality of our services. Therefore, in this situation it is not worth waiting.
